The site was previously a factory on the outskirts of Worcester, following demolition of the original building CNM devised the ground engineering necessary to re-use the vast majority of the reclaimed crushed brick and hardcore as sub-base for the main retail units so providing a cost effective and sustainable solution.
This was a phased development of the original school site, commencing with a new hard play area and increased car parking to free up site space. The scheme included a part new-build, part refurbishment Music/Drama Suite and a complete new-build 16 classroom block over 2 storeys.
Re-development of the Western site portion of Cheltenham General Hospital incorporating a three storey steel framed block and basement. This work was followed by a scheme to infill the Light-well at basement level and a Feasibility scheme for St.Luke's Phase 2 development.
